Special regulations related to State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). SEPA is legislation that allows local governments to identify and mitigate possible environmental impacts of certain projects.
<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Infill Exemptions establishes an exemption to accommodate infill and housing development and fulfill the goals and policies of the Redmond Comprehensive Plan. Infill exemptions apply in the following locations: Downtown, Marymoor Village, Citywide. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Overlake SEPA Planned Action: The purpose of the Overlake SEPA planned action is to make efficient use of the significant investments of time and money by the public, neighborhood residents, businesses, property owners, and the City of Redmond in preparing the Redmond Comprehensive Plan, and to make development review in the Overlake neighborhood more timely, cost-effective, and predictable.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
